These terms govern use of the current Erotic Effect Studios website operated by Erotic Effect Studios LLC. The site currently presents studio information, editorial material, talent profiles, booking information, and links to third-party services. It does not currently offer public creator uploads or creator subscription accounts.

Age and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old to use age-restricted portions of the site. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use it unlawfully.

Studio content

Unless otherwise identified, the site design, text, branding, photographs, video, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Erotic Effect Studios. These terms do not grant a license to reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the website is permitted.

Talent and booking information

Profiles, availability, pricing references, and editorial descriptions are informational and may change. Sending an inquiry does not create an engagement or obligate the studio or any talent to accept work. A booking exists only after the parties separately confirm its terms.

External links

The site may link to social networks, creator services, and other independently operated websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that Erotic Effect Studios controls or guarantees the external service.

Availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Erotic Effect Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an independently operated site reached through it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the website and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Materially different services—such as public creator uploads, subscriptions, or platform payments—will require separate terms before they are made available.
