This policy describes the current Erotic Effect Studios website operated by Erotic Effect Studios LLC. It does not describe unlaunched creator-upload, subscription, payout, or identity-verification features.
Information you provide
We receive information you choose to submit through inquiry, reporting, copyright, or account forms. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, message, booking details, URLs, and supporting information. Administrative users may also provide an email address and authentication credentials to the authentication provider.
Age verification
The age gate asks for a date of birth in the browser, calculates an age locally, and sends the resulting age—not the date of birth—to the verification endpoint. It does not use a camera or face scan. A signed, essential cookie records that the gate was completed for 30 days. The cookie is HttpOnly, Secure in production, and SameSite=Lax.
Technical and security data
Hosting, authentication, firewall, and error-monitoring providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, authentication events, and error details. Sentry is configured not to send default personal information, cookies, request headers, session replays, or user identities.
Analytics and local storage
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It is configured as a cookie-free analytics service and does not create a cross-site visitor profile. The site may use local or session storage for functional preferences such as cart state, appearance, or media controls. We do not use advertising cookies on the current site.
How information is used
- to respond to inquiries, reports, and copyright notices;
- to authenticate and protect authorized administrative accounts;
- to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website;
- to detect abuse and enforce website rules; and
- to comply with lawful requests and legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is processed only as needed by providers supporting hosting, database storage, authentication, error monitoring, email, and aggregate analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, multi-factor protection for sensitive administrative changes, and restricted database policies. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can block browser storage, although doing so may break sign-in, age verification, cart, or preference features. To ask about information you submitted, use the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from minors through the age-restricted site.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes. Any future creator platform, payment system, or public upload feature must be reflected here before launch.
