Copyright Concerns

Erotic Effect Studios LLC respects copyright and will review reports concerning material appearing on the current Erotic Effect Studios website. The site does not currently accept public creator uploads.

Submitting a notice

Use the copyright notice form. It creates a timestamped record in our restricted system and asks for the information normally needed to evaluate a copyright complaint:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work;
3. the exact URL or other information needed to locate the material;
4. contact information for you;
5. a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and
6. a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

What happens next

We will review a sufficiently complete notice and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to material while the concern is evaluated. We may contact the reporting party for clarification and may notify the person or source associated with the material when appropriate.

Important distinction

This page provides a working channel for copyright concerns. It does not represent that Erotic Effect Studios has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. If the business later launches public user uploads or seeks the DMCA safe-harbor protections that require designation, the registration and public contact information must be completed and kept current before those claims are published.
